August the Strong was obsessed with Asian art of porcelain making and painting. He considered himself in a competition, one might say, with the Emperor of China. This competition now includes an AI that speculatively appropriates both the East Asian and Meissen porcelain collections.

Simón Jaramillo Vallejo is an non-binary audiovisual artist from Bogotá, who lives in Leipzig and Berlin. Through the exploration of new techniques and the connection between analogue and digital worlds, he strives to translate and reinterpret autobiographical fragments. These deal with power structures, migration, extractivism and the quest for new narratives that allow art to create unique and individual experiences.
