[Event]: Film Undone. Elements of a Latent Cinema, July 20-23, 2023, silent green & Arsenal Cinema, Berlin

From July 20-23, 2023, Film Undone. Elements of a Latent Cinema will take place at silent green and Kino Arsenal in Berlin in cooperation with HaFI. The event, conceived by Philip Widmann, features presentations and discussions of film projects which remained unmade, unfinished and unseen, or were realized in non-filmic media. These “elements of a latent cinema” challenge a conventional understanding of cinema’s materials, institutions, and professions, its socio-political functions, histories, and futures.
